Do you deliver outside of San Francisco?

Yes, we offer delivery outside of SF up to 30 miles. The cost is $20-$25 and is calculated based on delivery address. Please email us for deliveries further afield.

How often do you make deliveries?

We make deliveries Tuesday through Friday. At checkout, you will be given the option to choose a delivery date at least 24 hours after your order date. Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. There is also an option to select pick-up from our retail location at 380 Golden Gate Ave (between Larkin & Hyde), San Francisco, CA 94102 at the time of the order. Pickup is available Tuesday-Friday 11am-4pm.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions including, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Nut-free.

Can you make dessert boards?

YES. Small, medium and large sweet boards are available to order through our online ordering page. Please note the sweet boards are not recommended for those with nut allergies or vegans.

Can you accommodate large orders?

Yes.  We offer full service and drop off catering for groups of up to 500. Please use our Event inquiry form and we can put together an estimate to fit your budget. 

Do you make Veggie (Crudité) boards ?

YES. You can find small, medium and large boards on our online ordering page.

Do you ship your boxes out of state?

No, we currently only offer delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area.

Can I schedule a specific delivery or pickup time.

Yes. When placing an order online you are able to pick a time during our standard hours. If you need a time outside of those hours please use our Event Inquiry Form.

Can I get delivery outside the Tues. - Fri. 11am – 4pm window?

Sometimes. Arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis. Call or email us for more information. 

When should I place my order?

For most orders, we require at least 24-48hrs notice. For larger orders and special requests, we ask for at least 1-weeks’ notice. For all orders, the earlier you place your order the better. 

Can the boards (or boxes) be refrigerated?

Boards can be left out, and unrefrigerated for up to 3-4 hours, Boards can be refrigerated up to overnight. We recommend taking the boards out of refrigeration about a half-hour before service.

Large Boards:                 12x24

Extra Large Boards:       12X36
