Do you deliver outside of San Francisco?

Yes, we offer delivery within a 30-mile radius outside of San Francisco. Delivery fees range from $20–$30, depending on the location.

For deliveries beyond 30 miles, please email us to discuss options.

How often do you make deliveries?

We offer deliveries Tuesday through Friday between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select a delivery date at least 24 hours after placing your order.

Prefer to pick up your order? Choose pickup at checkout and collect from our retail location at:
380 Golden Gate Ave (between Larkin & Hyde), San Francisco, CA 94102
Pickups are available Tuesday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can mostly accommodate dietary restrictions including, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free.

Can you make dessert boards?

YES. Small, medium and large sweet boards are available to order through our online ordering page. Please note the sweet boards are not recommended for vegans or those with nut allergies.

Can you accommodate large orders?

Yes.  We offer full service and drop off catering for groups of up to 500. Please use our Event inquiry form, and we can put together an estimate to fit your budget. 

Do you make Veggie (Crudité) boards ?

YES. You can find small, medium and large boards on our online ordering page.

Do you ship your boxes out of state?

No, we currently only offer delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area.

Can I schedule a specific delivery or pickup time?

Yes. When placing an order online you are able to pick a time during our standard hours. If you need a time outside of those hours please use our Event Inquiry Form.

Can I get delivery outside the Tues. - Fri. 11am – 4pm window?

Sometimes. Arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis. Call or email us for more information. 

When should I place my order?

Most orders require 24–48 hours' notice. Larger orders and special requests require at least one week’s notice. The earlier you place your order, the better—we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability!

Can the boards (or boxes) be refrigerated?

Boards can be left unrefrigerated for up to 3–4 hours and can be refrigerated overnight if needed. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend taking them out of refrigeration about 30 minutes before serving.
